Our Lady of Grace Women's Guild Mission Statement:
We are a group of united, inspired individuals dedicated to enriching the lives of others through spiritual, social, and charitable activities in our community guided by the Blessed Mother.
Our Lady of Grace Women's Guild is based in Downey, California.
Our Lady of Grace Women's Guild is based in Downey, California. We welcome women from neighboring cities and churches to become members. We host 7 General Meetings open to the membership featuring a guest speaker. Three times a year, we have a special event to raise funds for scholarships and community grants. The scholarships are for 8th-grade students who are living in the city of Downey or in parishes serving Downey who have been accepted to a Catholic high school. The community grants are awarded for use in ministry or to organizations that serve the community.
The newly elected board has been hard at work organizing events for our first year. Visit our events page for more information.
Membership forms are mailed to current members in the September Newsletter. You can also download a copy from the Membership page of this site. Contact Rose Douglas (see contact page) if you would like a Membership form mailed to a friend.
A digital copy of our newsletter is located under the News page of this site.
