Program Overview

Grants are awarded to programs or initiatives that demonstrate a clear purpose, measurable impact, and the potential to strengthen our shared values. Whether it's supporting educational programs, outreach services, or parish imporvements, the Community Grant Porgram is a tangible way to extend our commitment to building a stronger, more connected community.

Through this program, we hope to inspire creative solutions, meaningful collaborations, and lasting positive change within our Catholic community.

Application Process

Grant Applications are closed for the 2024-2025 fiscal year.

Thank you for your interest in Our Lady of Grace Community Grant Program. To ensure a smooth application process, please follow the steps outlined below.

1. Eligibility:

Confirm that your nonprofit organization, church ministry, or parish school, aligns with the mission and goals of Our Lady of Grace Women's Guild.

2. Complete the Application Form:

      Fill out the grant application form in its entirety. Be sure to include detailed information about your project, and how the funds       will be used.

3. Submit Supporting Documents:

Provide any required supporting materials, such as a project budget, timeline, or letters of support. These documents help demonstrate the scope and feasibility of your initiative.

4. Submission Deadline:

Ensure your completed application and all supporting documents are submitted by the specified deadline. Late or incomplete applications may not be considered.

5. Review and Selection:

Applications will be reviewed by the Grant Committee. Evaluation criteria include the project's alignment with program goals, potential impact, and clarity of the proposal.

6. Notification:

Applicants will be notified of their grant status upon completion of the review process. Funds for approved projects will be disbursed by May 31st.  All approved projects will be required to file a final report with the OLG Grant Committee by the following March 31st.
